District 21 Inventory Committee

Many groups periodically hold an AA group inventory meeting to evaluate how well they are fulfilling their primary purpose: to help alcoholics recover through A.A.’s suggested Twelve Steps of recovery.

This is a beginning effort that we plan to incorporate into our District guidelines.  As Bill said, “A business which takes no regular inventory usually goes broke.”  We’re doing the best we can to make this a smooth process, but we are new at it and learning.  We need your help to make it work.

The District 21 Inventory Workshop was held on April 5, 2025 at Hill Street Church of Christ, 1805 Hill Street, Albany, Oregon. Click here to see the flyer used for the workshop!

The goals of the District 21 Inventory Committee are to:

  • Create a format and guidelines for District 21 Inventory.
  • Create a list of questions that address District 21 activities.
  • Create a process for distributing inventory questions and receiving responses.
  • Elect a secretary to record District 21 Inventory minutes.
  • Create and print a flier to announce District 21 Inventory.
